Is this the first time you have requested the services of a translator? It all starts with the quote. The quote is a preliminary document that allows you to determine whether the service we offer meets your expectations.
Each quote is custom formulated and takes into account client requirements, the documents being worked, and the extent of services requested. It includes the estimated price of the project, the predicted date of completion, a brief description of production steps and the project’s particularities, if there are any.
If the quote we send meets your expectations, we begin the work at once.
In order to speed up our response time and to make the production of your custom quote easier, please send us the following information:
• Attached, the complete document or a 500 words excerpt (preferably);
• The length of the text in words, if the text cannot be attached;
• Your contact information, including the name of the contact person, a valid email address and phone number;
• The desired due date, as needed.
We have several years of experience dealing with unique cases and controlled goods. We therefore understand it may be impossible for you to send some of this information for security reasons. If such is the case, contact us
and we will take the further steps needed.
